Our Promise

Every Forge Kitchens product ships inspected and ready to use. If something arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we make it right — full refund, no hassle. This policy explains exactly how.

24-Hour Order Cancellation

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, at no cost, by emailing support@forgekitchens.com with your order number. After 24 hours, or once your order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled — please review your order carefully before checkout.

30-Day Guarantee (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a defective item, a damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@forgekitchens.com with:

●      Your order number

●      Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

●      A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send a free replacement — your choice. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds. Please note that since some items ship from our international fulfillment partners, a replacement may take up to 30 business days to arrive, similar to your original order. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing on apparel, or similar reasons — our knives, thermometers, and apparel are sold as final sale once your order ships, in line with the 30-Day Guarantee above for anything that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you're unsure about a product before ordering, contact us at support@forgekitchens.com and we're glad to help you choose.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return or refund except under the 30-Day Guarantee above:

●      Custom or personalized products

●      Gift cards

●      Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection law, independent of the policy above. To exercise this right, contact support@forgekitchens.com within 14 days of receiving your order. This right does not extend the defective-item claim window described above, which remains 30 days.
