Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@forgekitchens.com.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review and verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will only be issued for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
As we operate under a strict no-return policy, we do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund after verification.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, this does not apply to defective claims, which are covered under the “Damages and Issues” section above.
Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)
If your claim is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
