Chef Knives

What are your knives made of?
Most of our chef knives use layered Damascus steel, several with a VG10 or AUS-10 steel core, paired with wood handles for balance and grip. Each product page lists the blade details available for that knife, such as steel, length and hardness.

Do the knives come sharp and ready to use?
Yes. Every blade ships factory-honed and ready for the cutting board. We recommend a honing rod for routine maintenance and a whetstone for periodic sharpening.

How do I care for a Damascus steel blade?
Hand wash and dry immediately after use — Damascus steel is not dishwasher safe. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil on the blade prevents staining between uses.

Chef Workwear

What sizes are available?
Our chef jackets run from M to 6XL depending on the style, and our aprons are one size (the polyester apron is adjustable). Not sure which size to pick? Email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Are the jackets breathable for hot kitchens?
CoolChef is built specifically for breathability in high-heat environments. FlexChef uses stretch twill for freedom of movement, and ClassicChef is our standard heavy-duty twill for everyday service.

Reusable Coffee Capsules & Espresso Gear

Which machines are your coffee capsules compatible with?
Our reusable capsules are compatible with Nespresso Original machines. Capsules and 37mm foil seal lids are sold separately — check the product page to order both if you're starting fresh.

How is this better than disposable pods?
You fill the stainless steel capsule with your own ground coffee, cutting single-use pod waste while controlling your coffee's strength and flavor.

Precision Kitchen Thermometers

Which thermometer should I choose?
The digital food thermometer is an instant-read tool for meat, milk and water. The dual-probe thermometer lets you follow two foods at once in the oven or on the grill.

Are the probes waterproof and dishwasher safe?
This varies by model — check the individual product page for cleaning instructions before submerging any electronic thermometer.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days after processing for Canada, the United States, Mexico and our other destinations. We keep our prices competitive, so delivery may take slightly longer than at some other stores. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my order really arrive?
Yes. Our customers receive their orders in Canada, the United States, Australia and beyond. Recent examples: about 9 calendar days to Texas and about 11 calendar days to Queensland, Australia (weekends included). See photos of real deliveries.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States and Mexico; to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates; and across Europe to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Poland, as well as Réunion.

Returns & Order Issues

What if my item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect?
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because most of our items ship from international fulfillment partners, we don't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, and if you're unsure about a product or size, email us before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Payment & Security

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
