Chef Knives

What are your knives made of?
Our chef knives are built with Damascus steel construction, most with a VG10 steel core, paired with rosewood or wooden handles for balance and grip. Each product page lists the exact blade material, steel layers, and length.

Do the knives come sharp and ready to use?
Yes. Every blade ships factory-honed and ready for the cutting board. We recommend a honing rod for routine maintenance and a whetstone for periodic sharpening.

How do I care for a Damascus steel blade?
Hand wash and dry immediately after use — Damascus steel is not dishwasher safe. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil on the blade prevents staining between uses.

Knife Rolls & Blade Care

Is RollChef genuine leather?
Yes. RollChef pairs 16oz oil-wax canvas with genuine crazy horse leather trim. Fieldroll is our lighter, budget-friendly waxed canvas option without leather hardware.

How many knives fit in a knife roll?
RollChef holds up to 12 knives and tools across its slots and zip pouches. Fieldroll is built for a smaller, essential kit for daily transport.

Chef Workwear

What sizes are available?
Our chef jackets and aprons run from S to 6XL depending on the style — check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Are the jackets breathable for hot kitchens?
CoolChef is built specifically for breathability in high-heat environments. FlexChef uses stretch twill for freedom of movement, and ClassicChef is our standard heavy-duty twill for everyday service.

Reusable Coffee Capsules & Espresso Gear

Which machines are your coffee capsules compatible with?
Our reusable capsules are compatible with Nespresso Original machines. Capsules and 37mm foil seal lids are sold separately — check the product page to order both if you're starting fresh.

How is this better than disposable pods?
You fill the stainless steel capsule with your own ground coffee, cutting single-use pod waste while controlling your coffee's strength and flavor.

Precision Kitchen Thermometers

What's the difference between your Bluetooth and basic digital thermometers?
Bluetooth models (like our INKBIRD and Smart Wireless thermometers) connect to your phone for remote monitoring while you grill, smoke, or roast. Basic digital probe thermometers are instant-read tools for quick spot checks.

Are the probes waterproof and dishwasher safe?
This varies by model — check the individual product page for IP rating and cleaning instructions before submerging any electronic thermometer.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location in Canada, the US, or Mexico.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Returns & Order Issues

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
